Or email us, or use court-line.net/delete-account, where we confirm the request with the email address on the account before anything is deleted.
Deleting does not wipe everything. Your login goes for good and your own details are removed. But your coaches keep their own record of your lessons, attendance, charges and their notes, and they know whose record it is — and money you owe does not disappear. We also keep the record that an announcement was sent to you and whether you opened it; it names you and your child. A child you entered who never joined a coach stays with us until you email us naming them.
You can ask us at any time to delete information about you or your child — no account needed. We reply within 20 working days and say what we deleted, or what we kept and why. We may keep information where the law lets us, for example while a report, investigation or dispute is open. We delete it when the matter closes.
